Lu Ming, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, presented the results to celebrate the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up at the Global Intelligence Forum, and a simultaneous exhibition was held at the Promotion Center of the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.

In the past 40 years, China has achieved brilliant achievements in economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological areas, which have drawn worldwide attention.

China is now gathering talents from around the world for the implementation of national strategies such as innovation-driven development, regional coordinated development, and education, to rejuvenate the country.

Of the 116 achievements made through introduction of foreign talents and intellectuals, 49 were selected to represent different areas in China.
