IKEA Suzhou

IKEA is a Swedish-founded Dutch-based multinational group that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchen appliances and home accessories. It has been the world's largest furniture retailer since at least 2008. It was founded in Sweden in 1943 by then-17-year-old Ingvar Kamprad, who was listed by Forbes in 2015 as one of the ten richest people in the world, worth more than 40 billion dollars. The company's name is an acronym of the initials of Ingvar Kamprad (name of founder), Elmtaryd (the farm where he grew up), and Agunnaryd (his hometown in Småland, southern Sweden).

The brand new IKEA Suzhou Store has 56 inspirational room settings, more than 8,500 products, a 700 seat restaurant and a free children’s area, making it a great place for consumers to spend the whole day.

Flat pack is one of IKEA’s great designs. It enables consumers to find the product by themselves and take them for processing at the cashier. Then, once outside, the IKEA Suzhou Store has 1,000 parking spaces making it easy for customers to drive home with their purchases.

What's more, people can enjoy the delicious food in the Swedish restaurant and Swedish Food Market, such as five yuan hot dogs and one yuan ice cream.
