PICC Property and Casualty Co Ltd (Nanyang Branch)

PICC Property and Casualty Co Ltd (PICC P&C) was founded in July 2003 upon the approval of the State Council and China Insurance Regulatory Commission. Its predecessor was the property and casualty insurance division of the People's Insurance Company of China, a state-owned company on the Global Fortune 500 list.

Over the years, PICC P&C has grown into one of Asia's largest property insurers, and is licensed to provide all major forms of insurance except life insurance. Relying on its potent capacity, it was chosen as an insurance cooperative partner of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
