Established in November 1992, Zhanjiang Deni Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. (湛江德利车辆部件有限公司) is a Sino-foreign joint venture which has received investments totaling $21.25 million by Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Thailand Chia Tai Group and Guangdong Rising Group.

Zhanjiang Deni Vehicle Parts has two wholly-owned subsidiaries and three manufacturing bases, including Zhanjiang Deni headquarters factory, Dongfeng (Shiyan) Nonferrous Castings Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Deni Automobile Parts Co., Ltd.

The company has 2,500 employees and an annual output value of 1.2 billion yuan ($191 million) . Its main products include automobile parts, motorcycles, and fuel supply systems for small gasoline engines.

Domestically, its largest customers for auto parts include Dongfeng Honda, Dongfeng Nissan, and SGMW. Its overseas business model is based on a global purchasing system used by several transnational groups, exporting products such as throttle valves, camshaft supports, thermostat assembly and rocker shaft supports to the United States, Canada and other countries.
