Braised prawns are one of the representative dishes of Shandong Cuisine. It selects the Bohai Bay specialty, large-bodied and best tasting wild sea shrimp, as raw materials. The shrimp are first sauteed, and then braised with seasoning oil and seasoning sauce. This dish not only has the original seafood flavor but also high nutritional value.
