Shenzhen Bao'an International Airportis 32 kilometers (about 20 miles) from the urban area on the east bank of the estuary of the Pearl River. Now, it offers more than 110 domestic services and 14 international services that connect Shenzhen to over 100 domestic and international cities and regions, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Harbin, Wuhan, Urumqi and Xian in China, and foreign regions such as Bangkok, Sydney, Osaka, Seoul, Inchon, Kansai, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.

Terminal Buildings

Shenzhen Airport has three terminal buildings, Terminal A, Terminal B and Terminal D (the International Terminal). Waiting Area C is located in the corridor between Terminal A and Terminal B. When driving into the airport, passengers first come to Terminal B, and then Terminal A and Terminal D in that order. Passengers can shuttle conveniently on foot between Terminal A and Terminal B by using the long corridor on the second floor that links the two departure halls. Terminal A and Terminal B serve domestic departures and arrivals, while Terminal D only serves international departures and arrivals.


Terminal A: China Southern Airlines (CZ), Hainan Airlines (HU), Xiamen Airlines (MF), Sichuan Airlines (3U), East Star Airlines (9C) and United Eager Airlines (EU)

Terminal B: Shenzhen Airlines (ZH), Air China (CA), China Eastern Airlines (MU), Shandong Airlines (SC) and Shanghai Airlines (FM)

Terminal D: Air Macau (NX), Asia Airlines of Korea (OZ), Korean Air (KE), Thailand Bangkok Airways (PG), Silkair (MI) and Singapore Tiger Airways (TR)

Airport Transportation

Transportation to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport is very convenient. Airport shuttle buses depart directly from the airport to the Shenzhen urban area and nearby cities. Buses and ferries departing to Hong Kong and Macau are also available.
