Administrative Measures for the Registration of Production and Business Operation Conducted by Enterprises of Foreign Countries (Regions) within the Territory of China (Issued by the Order No 10 of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on August 15, 1992)

Eligibility requirements:

1. Based on Article 6 of Administrative Measures for the Registration of Production and Business Operation Conducted by Enterprises of Foreign Countries (Regions) within the Territory of China, a foreign company shall apply for alternation registration, if its name, type, address, person in charge, capital amount, business scope, or term of operation changes. 

2. Effective approval documents or licenses.
