Smelly Bean Curd is made from bean curd, bitter winter bamboo shoots and white wine. Once the bean curd has been fried there it be augmented with sesame oil, soy sauce and other seasonings. Despite the smell, the crispy outside and tender insides, make the smelly bean curd a delicious treat.
