To increase people's knowledge about cowfish, as the president of the Cowfish Protection Association in Jiangdu district, Yangzhou, Li organized volunteers on a large scale, encouraging people to learn more about the relationship between wild animal protection and human survival.

From his point of view, protecting cowfish equals protecting the biodiversity of the Yangtze River, and also means protecting ourselves.

"We have been dedicated to the cowfish protection work, and now as an environment guardian, I should undertake greater responsibility," Li said. "We are preparing for a rare aquatic organism exhibition hall, aiming to increase people's knowledge about these rare animals."
