Ulanhu Kindergarten is the largest public ethnic kindergarten in Tumote Left Banner. Founded by Wulanfu Foundation, Inner Mongolia Finance Bureau, Inner Mongolia Education Department and Tumd Left Banner government with a total investment of 30.78 million yuan ($4.86 million), the kindergarten covers 5,500 square meters and officially opened in September 2013.
