First, mix lean pork with green Chinese onion, flat fish, water chestnut, potato powder, duck egg, monosidum glutamatem, high-quality soy sauce, white sugar and five-spice powder. Then, roll them up using tofu skin and fry them in a deep fryer until its fully cooked. Afterward, cut them into pieces and serve them with seasonings such as satay sauce, hot chili sauce, mustard, pickled radish, Chinese parsley and sweet sauce.
