The Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University

Founded in 1954, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University is a comprehensive hospital combining medical services, scientific research, education and preventative healthcare. 

It has 44 departments, 4,534 staff members and 6,005 beds, covering 500,000 square meters. The hospital also has four subsidiaries specializing in areas such as rheumatism, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology.

The hospital treats nearly two million patients and conducts 110,000 surgeries each year.
