Documents required for registration to establish foreign-funded enterprises (company)

1) Registration application form for foreign-funded enterprises signed by the legal representative to be appointed;

2) Approval document issued by the approval authority (duplicates of official reply and approval certificate);

3) Articles of association or approved agreement;

4) Notification of name pre-approval;

5) Proof of subject qualification or proof of identification as a natural person for investors;

6) Photocopies of appointment documents and proof of identification for directors, supervisors and managers;

7) Photocopies of appointment documents and proof of identification for legal representative; 

8) Capital verification certificate issued by a legally established capital verification institution;

9) Location of shareholder's first capital contribution with non-currency properties, documents proving the completion of property transfer procedures shall be submitted;

10) Certificate of company domicile;

11) The minutes of establishment meeting;

12) Pre-approval document or certificate;

13) Letter of authorization for delivery service of legal documents;

14) Other relevant documents and certificates.
