Inner Mongolia People's Hospital was established in 1947. With rapid growth and development over more than 60 years, it has become the largest third-level grade A hospital in the autonomous region, integrating clinic service, medical education, disease prevention and health care.
The hospital has 3,450 employees 52 clinical departments, 11 regional research institutes and an affiliated nursing school. The hospital occupies 86,000 square meters and can treat 1.1 million patients a year. The number of annual operations has reached 30,000.
