Zhuhai Yunzhou Intelligence Technology Ltd (Yunzhou-Tech) is a domestically leading R&D enterprise and supplier of civil unmanned ships. It was established by Dr Zhang Yunfei, a member of the national 1,000 Talent Plan for the recruitment of foreign experts, and leader of an overseas students venture-start team in 2010. 

Yunzhou-Tech owns Innovative Performance Research Rights to its unmanned ships. The products have been widely applied in monitoring water quality, hydrogeological and nuclear radiation mapping, and in ground-water research. In September 2014, Yunzhou launched its Navigator series of marine and high-performance automatic vessels, filling a domestic vacuum in such areas as marine supervision, oceanic mapping and emergency reaction to sea emergencies.

Yunzhou has been awarded around 30 patents and software copyrights, including seven for inventions. The company has also compiled enterprise technical standards related to robotic ships in China. Certified as both a National Hi-Tech Enterprise and Guangdong Hi-Tech Technical Product Supplier, Yunzhou has also achieved ISO9001 certification.
