Swans flock to snow-covered Sanmenxia nature reserves

Swans were recently sighted in the snow-covered Swan Lake National Urban Wetland Park in Sanmenxia, Henan province. Large amounts of snowfall in recent weeks have provided the majestic birds with an ideal winter paradise in which to roam.

Sanmenxia is a haven for white swans, with its nature reserves attracting over 10,000 of them every year during their annual winter migration, more than half of the total number in the nation.
