Cancer treatment project agreed for Harbin

The signing ceremony for a cancer treatment project is held in Harbin on Jan 18. The whole project comprises an advanced hospital and a rehabilitation center. The hospital will undertake cancer research, prevention, treatment and education through the introduction of the latest cancer treatment system from Japan; and the rehabilitation center will provide 500 beds for patients. Total investment in the project is 2 billion yuan ($312.5 million).
