Shenyang gets direct flight to Bangkok

A daily direct international flight from Shenyang, capital of Liaoning province, to Bangkok, Thailand started on Jan 20, operated by China Southern Airlines.

It is the first regular flight serving a country in Southeast Asia by China Southern Airlines from one of the three provinces in Northeast China –– Liaoning province, Jilin province and Heilongjiang province.

It used to take more than 10 hours to travel from Shenyang to Bangkok, via other cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Thanks to the new direct flight, the travel time is now just six hours.
