Shenyang airport allowed to import fruit

Shenyang Taoxian International Airport is to start a fruit import business with approval recently gained from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, according to local media.

The move will provide further convenience for Shenyang residents as it will ensure residents’ access to high-quality imported fruits at lower prices.

To date the airport has gained import approval for four categories –– fruit, meat, chilled and frozen aquatic products, and fresh aquatic animal products
