Seeking contributions for China (Sanmenxia) White Swan Wildlife International Photography Festival

The second China (Sanmenxia) White Swan Wildlife International Photography Festival commenced in Sanmenxia, Henan province on Dec 12.

The activity is hosted by China Photographers Association and the Literature and Arts Association of Henan province, organized by the Popular Photography, Henan Photographers Association, Publicity Department of CPC Sanmenxia Municipal Committee and the Literature and Arts Association of Sanmenxia, and co-organized by Sanmenxia Photographers Association and Yellow River Times.

The festival is currently seeking contributions of capturing shots of white swans and wildlife, reflecting the harmonious relationship between man and nature in Sanmenxia. Works focusing on other regions are also welcome.

Contributions will be divided into three categories, including White Swans, Wildlife and Nature, Ecology and Humanity.

Details

Chinese and foreign photographers, both professionals and amateurs, can participate in the event. Online submissions accepted only. You can visit the official website of the People Photo at http://www.peoplephoto.com and click on the "Match" column for" The Second China (Sanmenxia) White Swan Wildlife International Photography Festival".

The works should be in JPG format, and files should be no larger than 1 MB, the pixels of the long edge should be between 600 and 1,000. The author's name, address, e-mail, phone number and ID number must be provided during registration. Title of the work, date and address of the photo taken and descriptions must also be submitted.

The host, organizer and related media have rights to use the works to publicize, introduce, exhibit and cover the activity on newspapers and the internet.

Large-sized documents must be sent (in JPG format, larger than 8 MB) when the contributor is informed. Those who fail to submit the works within the stipulated time will be disqualified.

The contributor must make sure that he/she has the independent, complete, clarified and indisputable copyrights to the work. The work must not violate the legitimate right and interests, including copyright, rights of portrait, rights of reputation, and rights of privacy, of any third party. If such relevant disputes occur, the contributor must bear all legal liabilities.

The final date for all submissions is May 30, 2018.

The host reserves the right to utilize works that are selected to conduct non-profit publicity by means of duplication, publication, exhibition, display and online transmission (including but not limited to the production of CD, TV programs and websites) without extra royalties.
