Time-honored brand to promote long lost craftsman's spirit

The craftsman's spirit for the time-honored brands from food enterprises should not only be embodied by the elaborate products, but also by their innovations, said Xu Jinjian, general manager of Wuxi Authentic Lao Lu Meat Company during his attendance to the Wuxi two sessions held from Jan 5 to 9.

It might seem easy to become a craftsman, but it's extremely difficult to obtain the spirit of a craftsman, which originates from craftsmen's devotion to and enthusiasm for delicacies.

Xu suggested that the time-honored brands engaged in making pot-stewed meat should promote their traditional craftsmanship and meanwhile, they should also make innovations on their craftsmanship so as to satisfy customers' higher demands and in order to survive during times of such serious competition.
