Baotou promotes health industry

Baotou city was selected as one of the country’s 38 pilot cities for health promotion in 2016, the only city in Inner Mongolia to be included on the list.
The largest city of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region has been promoting the development of its health industry by making efforts to strengthen environmental protection, improve healthcare and promote residents’ awareness of health and fitness.
The city put forward the concept of “Healthy Baotou” in 2008, and Nov 20 is Healthy Baotou Day.
