The Nandan Nonferrous Metals Industrial Park (南丹有色金属新材料工业园区) was approved by the Hechi and Nandan governments in 2006. It sits at Nandan's Chehe town, and 54 kilometers away from Hechi, 22 kilometers away from Nandan and eight kilometers away from Hechi airport. The park has a planned area of 36.5 square kilometers and is an A-class park in Guangxi. It's also a pilot circular economic park, one of the 27 major parks in Guangxi, an incubation facility for a hundred small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as a new nonferrous metal development base in the National Torch Plan.

At the moment, the park has brought in eight above-scale enterprises, including the Guangxi Hechi Nanfang Nonferrous Metals Group, the Jilang Indium Industry and the Guagnxi Tanghan Zink and Indium Co, with more than 6 billion yuan in contracted investment. More than 20 projects were built, involving 4 billion yuan ($605 million), and an industrial base that features nonferrous smelting and auxiliary products deep processing, as well as electronic welding materials was formed.
