Shenyang’s first automated supermarket opens

A new automated supermarket in Shenyang, Northeast China’s Liaoning province. Shenyang’s first automated supermarket officially commenced operations on Dec 7. The supermarket covers an area of 20 square meters, with over 300 categories of goods to choose from. Customers will have access to the supermarket to select goods and can check out by scanning a WeChat QR code.[Photo/Chinanews.com]
