Utility tunnel in Shenyang undergoes construction

A staff member from the eighth engineering division of China Construction Group works in a utility tunnel in Shenyang on Nov 27. Starting from Wenti West Road to the south side of Hemu Park, the tunnel measures 12.6 kilometers. It will serve as an underground channel for pipe lines of power, communication, water, central heating, natural gas and waste water.
