Guiyang-Nanning High-speed Railway to open in 2023
After six years of construction, the first high-speed railway with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour connecting Southwest China's Guizhou province and Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region is expected to be fully operational by the end of the year.
Airport
Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport is about 10 kilometres from the city center, and can be accessed by coach, taxi or shuttle bus.
Guiyang Metro
Guiyang Metro Line 1 started construction in October, 2013 and is expected to be open for public use by December, 2018.

Guiyang has more than 30 minibus routes.
Railway station
Guiyang has two railway stations offering convenient transportation.
