Zhi Dayong

Zhi Dayong, vice-mayor of Harbin Municipal People's Government

Zhi Dayong, born in January 1963, is a male Han ethnicity from Liaozhong, Liaoning province. He entered the workforce in July 1985 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in January 1985. He graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a major in industrial management engineering. Zhi has a graduate education and holds a degree in EMBA. 

He is currently the vice-mayor of Harbin Municipal People's Government, responsible for works concerning industry and information, environmental protection, state-owned assets supervision and administration, as well as management of local development zones.
