Wang Yanmin, vice-mayor of Harbin Municipal People's Government
Wang Yanmin, born in September 1964, is a male Han ethnicity from Meihekou, Jilin province. He entered the workforce in August 1987 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June 1993. He graduated from Harbin University of Civil Engineering and Architecture with a major in Construction Economics and Management. Wang has an in-service postgraduate education and holds a master's degree in engineering.
He is currently the vice-mayor of Harbin Municipal People's Government, responsible for works concerning urban and suburban planning.
