Zhang Wanping, vice-mayor of Harbin Municipal People's Government
Zhang Wanping, born in October 1962, is a male Han ethnic from Zhuanghe Liaoning province. He entered the workforce in July 1978 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in December 1987. He graduated from Heilongjiang Provincial Academy of Governance with a major in economics and management and has a graduate education.
He is currently the vice-mayor of Harbin Municipal People's Government, responsible for works concerning investment, tourism, trade and foreign affairs.
