Kang Hanqing

Kang Hanqing, vice-mayor of Harbin Municipal People's Government

Kang Hanqing, born in October 1963, is a male of Han ethnicity from Suihua, Heilongjiang province. He entered the workforce in August 1988 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June 1988. He graduated from Jilin University with a major in Solid-State Physics. Kang has a postgraduate education and holds a master's degree in science and an executive MBA degree.

He is currently the vice-mayor of Harbin Municipal People's Government, responsible for executive work for the government and duties related to finance, safe production, laws, statistics, science and technology, as well as human resource and social security.
