Exhibition showcases artwork by cross-Straits young artists

A total of 160 artworks including paintings, sculptures and installations created by 34 young artists from the Chinese mainland and Taiwan were showcased at a special exhibition underway in Guangzhou.

The exhibition is held at Guangzhou Daxin Art Museum and runs until February next year.

The exhibition opened on Nov 12, the anniversary of Sun Yat-sen's birthday, and aims to promote exchanges between young artists from the Chinese mainland and Taiwan, said Wang Qingxiang, founder of Guangzhou Daxin Art Museum.
