Chaoyang community celebrates Double Ninth Festival

Celebrated on the ninth day of the ninth month of the Chinese calendar, the Double Ninth Festival, also known as the Chongyang Festival, sees mountain climbing, the eating of Chongyang cakes, chrysanthemum displays, and other local customs. This year’s festival falls on Oct 28. [Photo/Baotou Daily]
