See you next year! ITF Shenzhen Circuit

On Oct 18, "The Keenstar Upright City Cup" ITF Shenzhen International Seniors Circuit 2017 finally came to an end at the Mass Sports Center in Guangming New Area. Twenty-one champions from different groups were determined after five days of battles, taking away the highest prize ever of 8,000 yuan ($1,209).

At the awards ceremony, the champions were full of praise for the hardware facilities and supporting services of the tournament. All of them expressed a desire to return next year.

The ITF (International Tennis Federation) Seniors Circuit, with a 27 year history, is an international tennis tournament held by the ITF for tennis enthusiasts aged over 35 from all over the world.

The first ITF Shenzhen International Seniors Circuit dates back to 2014. "Through the previous three tournaments, our organizers have become more experienced," said Bao Xiaohong, deputy director of the Culture and Sports Bureau of Education in Guangming New Area, adding that this year's preparations felt like the easiest ever.
