Direct flight linking Baotou with Kunming reopens

The direct air service linking Baotou in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region and Kunming in Yunnan province reopened on Oct 29, providing a convenient option for tourists traveling between the two cities, according to baotounews.com.cn.

The daily scheduled flight, a Boeing 737 operated by Ruili, departs Baotou at 7:15 pm and arrives at Kunming at 12:25 am. The return leg departs Kunming at 6:50 am and reaches Baotou at 11:30 am.

Another flight operated by Hongtu Airlines on an Airbus 321 is scheduled to fly every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, leaving Baotou at 6 am and arriving in Kunming at 12:50 pm. The return flight departs Kunming at 9:05 am to land in Baotou at 3:30 pm.
