Baotou oil paintings shine in Beijing

An exhibition featuring oil paintings created by Baotou artists opened in Beijing on Aug 19, according to people.com.cn.
Co-hosted by the Chinese Academy of Oil Painting and the press, publication, radio, film and television bureau of Baotou, the exhibition displays 136 oil paintings selected from 240 pieces of work received since June.
The exhibition will run until Aug 28. It is the first large-scale oil painting exhibition Baotou has put on in Beijing.
