Hohhot airport sees busy July

Passenger throughput at Hohhot airport reached 1.14 million in July, a new record high, according to statistics from the aviation department.
It is the first time passenger throughput at Hohhot airport has exceeded 1 million. On July 28, passenger throughput peaked at around 4.4 million.
From Hohhot airport, there are seven daily flights to Shanghai, five to Guangzhou, 10 to Zhengzhou, and six to Nanjing.
Also, new flights have been added this year from Hohhot to Zhuhai, Wuxi, Yangzhou, Tangshan, Handan and Yuncheng.
