Can you believe that this was only 30 years ago?

Wuxi has released an album of photos of the city taken during the 1980s. They make clear just how much progress Jiangsu province has made over the last few decades.

This is the second album to be released, timed to coincide with the Jiangsu Development Summit, which took place in Nanjing on May 19-21.

Lots of celebrities from Wuxi came back to their hometown for the summit and shared their memories and stories from the old days.
