Pingtan puts 2,000 public bikes to use

Cai also explained more public bike rental stations are expected to be established in the city’s populated areas, including Junshan Mountain and Beigang Village, to solve "the last kilometer" issue in which commuters face the problem of being stuck a bit too far from their destination to walk, but too close to justify the cost or delay of finding a taxi.
