Yangmeikeng

Located within Daya Bay, Yangmeikeng is hailed as the most beautiful valley in Shenzhen. The place is wild with a rocky, muddy shore – the water in the tiny Yangmeikeng bay used to be crystal clear.  

The beach is more of a destination for sightseeing rather than for swimming. Sitting high on the rocks above the sea, you can appreciate the breathtaking views below.

People can ride a bike or drive east of Luzui, a tiny seashore, and a good place for crabbing when the tide goes out, with many tiny red crabs hidden among the rocks.

The greatest attraction at Yangmeikeng, besides its picturesque scenery, may be its fisherman-owned restaurants offering plenty of fresh seafood at low prices.

Private boat owners offer shuttle services to several nearby islands, including Dajia and Sanmen islands.
