Key projects settle in Jiuyuan district

Jiuyuan district of Baotou won two key projects worth more than 50 million yuan ($7.24 million) respectively, according to a May 7 Baotou Daily report.

The Xindi Huayuan project, a commercial and residential zone project, will draw in an investment of 550 million yuan, wholly invested by Baotou Xindi Real Estate Development Co. The project will cover an area of some 46,500 square meters, with the floorage reaching 134,000 sq m.

The other project mainly concerns the integration of resources and will be able to process 30,000 tons of electroplating sludge upon completion. It is one of Baotou city’s key projects in 2017 and will cover an area 13,000 sq m, with the floorage being 9,300 sq m.
