Heilongjiang holds lectures on vocational education

Heilongjiang has continued with its drive to support vocational training by holding a lecture series aimed at providing teachers with a platform to discuss vocational education methods on March 18.

The event organized by Heilongjiang Education Department and Heilongjiang Nursing College in Harbin attracted more than 800 teachers and administrative staff. Several well-known education experts were invited to lecture including Professor Sun Jianrong from Macao University of Science and Technology.
Some of the key topics discussed included developing vocational training, how to create focused curricula, and how to best cultivate and harness teaching abilities.
The lectures were held to promote vocational education and explore a range of advanced teaching methods.
The March meeting follows on from a similar event held in November 2016.
