The Taihu Lake Silver Fish is known as one of the "Three Whites" in Taihu Lake. Silver fish, a name for whitebait in China, is round, and typically between 25 and 50 millimeters long. For its tender flesh and rich nutrition, it is edible and delicate making it one of the most popular cuisines among local and foreign tourists.
