A collection of ancient painted clay Buddhist sculptures has been repatriated and donated by people from Taiwan. In March 2025, these remarkable works came home, entering the collection of Shanxi Museum. Tomorrow, they will take center stage at the museum's special exhibition. From solemn bodhisattvas, to smiling arhats and playful children, centuries have passed, yet their expressions remain vivid.
