Tang Yin (1470–1524), also known as Tang Bohu, was a celebrated Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) painter, poet and calligrapher, famed as one of the “Four Great Talents of Jiangnan”. His brilliant gifts and turbulent life have inspired countless legends of the scholar-romantic.
The dance drama Tang Yin: Chuihong Bridge brings his story vividly to life through poetic choreography, inviting audiences to experience a moving tale of ambition, love and destiny. The drama will be staged at Beijing Tianqiao Performing Arts Center on July 23-26.
