Icefalls emerge along Sayram Lake in Xinjiang

In Xinjiang, the blue icefalls along Sayram Lake have recently become a major winter attraction, drawing large numbers of visitors. The icefalls are formed by lake water freezing naturally into clusters of icicles under extreme cold, giving off an ethereal blue sheen. This winter, the scenic area has combined guided water flow with natural wind conditions to create such a spectacle.
