2025 Nujiang Wildwater Kayaking Asian Championships open in Yunnan

On Dec 20, the 2025 China Nujiang Wildwater Kayaking Asian Championships and International Open kicked off in Lushui, Nujiang prefecture, Yunnan province.

Upgraded to an Asian Championships for the first time, the event now ranks among the highest-level wildwater kayaking competitions in Asia. It has attracted 43 international athletes from 15 countries and 75 Chinese competitors, and 35 enthusiasts in the open category, achieving a dynamic integration of elite competition and public participation.
