A first for the Palace Museum: Launching its "Zero Waste" initiative
On Jan 16, 2020, the Palace Museum introduced its first-ever "Zero Waste" initiative in collaboration with the Vanke Foundation. The goal is to reduce landfill and incinerated waste to nearly zero through scientific and precise waste management—and with the active participation of visitors and the public.
