Beyond Haikou, the festival spans the entire tropical island, with 98 unique activities planned across coastal and inland cities and counties. Sanya is hosting yacht excursions, sailboat tours and diving adventures, while Qionghai and Lingao will offer beachcombing treasure hunts and seaside concerts. Wenchang's Aerospace & Ocean Carnival features immersive night experiences, and Wanning is staging the China Motorboat Open for high-speed water sports.
