Changchun People's Square reopens after two decades

On July 21, the iconic People’s Square in Changchun, Jilin province reopened to the public after 22 years. While preserving its historic charm, the square now features new amenities such as seating areas and themed cafés, making it more welcoming to residents and visitors.

A new 24-hour underground passage also opened, allowing direct access from Metro Line 1 to the square via Exit D2.
