Centered on the journey of Princess Wencheng (623-680) to Xizang, the musical narrates her marriage to Tibetan King Songtsen Gampo (617-650), overcoming hardships along the way to foster economic and cultural exchange between the Tang Dynasty (618-907) and Tibet. This grand epic, brought to life through modern stage artistry, is a breathtaking tribute to a timeless historical legend.

The production vividly showcases the history, culture, customs, and breathtaking landscapes of Xizang. Integrating Tang Dynasty music and dance with traditional Tibetan folk arts—including Tibetan opera, dance, and Buddhist chanting—the production seamlessly blends stagecraft with natural scenery. With the majestic Potala Palace as its backdrop, 3D simulated scenery, and a cast of over 800 performers, this 90-minute production brings to life dozens of intangible cultural heritage elements, creating a visually stunning spectacle.
